Lucid Dreams

Have you ever had any lucid dreams before, or even once? Lucid dreams are when you're in a dream and you know your dreaming. I read that it is said that at least it happens once. For me it has happened many times, mostly me saying "Well I'm guessing this is a dream" when I see something unnaturally or unlikely would happen in real life. It is said that this happens often to people who play video games a lot I think. I'm trying to find where I found this information but I can't find it. Also it said something about how your lucid dreams are often you flying (which I actually had once) and there was the other two which I forgot.

Lucid dreams are my favourite dreams because I get to control myself in the dream. I remember my first lucid dream was when I was around five. It wasn't exactly a lucid dream, more like a lucid nightmare. I knew I was dreaming but I didn't know how to get out of my nightmare. When I look back at this it doesn't seem that scary but it freaked me out so badly for me. It was something like me going into this huge office and then random skeletons chase me. I was thinking "How do I get out of this! It's so scary!" and this random person in my dream told me to get the solar panels facing up to the moon and it'll kill them. Well I don't know what happened after that but that was my first. 

I don't really remember my other lucid dreams but all I remember is that I knew it was a dream but I didn't want to wake up because really, who wants to wake up and go to school. Geez. Some of my lucid dreams are sometimes controlled by me but there were times when I couldn't control them like a time when I was in a middle of a fight with someone and I wanted to change it but I couldn't even though I was able to before.

There was this one dream I had which I knew I was in my dream and I wanted too stay in it as long as I can because the story was so interesting! I wasn't in control of the story though because I didn't think of a Mario World in mine. This lucid dream turned out to be a great story idea and I have the first chapter of it written out. Sadly for my other lucid dreams I don't remember them because I don't really remember them.
